We tend to have the most consideration for the highest-paying jobs. Perks and benefits are given to the people who work the best hours under the best circumstances. But if you think about it, people with entry-level jobs need more support because they have fewer resources. If you are an employer, you need to think about the daily lives of your employees. Watch WeCrashed, Super Pumped, and The Dropout again and think about the perspective of an employee with the least authority in that environment. Their opinion could be an asset or a liability.
